Today is Grandmaster Hovhannes Gabuzyan's birthday. He was born in Yerevan, Armenia, on May 19, 1995.
Gabuzyan won the Armenian Chess Championship in 2017 and 2021. He also won the U.S. Masters tournament and the Annual North American Open in 2019.
