Dasher users: You can find help in the Help menu. Dasher has a built-in help system that can answer most any question you have. Additionally, you have access to HELP --> "Ask A Question" to have your question answered by the online help staff.
BlitzIn users: You can find help in the Help menu. Additionally, you have access to HELP --> "Ask A Question" to have your question answered by the online help staff. You can also check out the ICC Guide, which covers the basics like starting and playing a game.
ICC for Mac users: Go to Live Help in the CHAT ROOMS section and ask your question. To report a bug, visit the Help menu.
Additional help: If you're using other chess software to connect, or need additional help, you can ask a question on the chess server by going to the chat area and typing: /tell 1
